Sharing the same capabilities as the aes100 micro-module, the aes101 offers 32 pins but still fits on a 0.6” standard IC socket width. At 18x41mm size it is an incredibly small piece of hardware! Onboard power regulation, crystal oscillator and program memory combined with the Cypress FX2 micro-controller offer a condensed solution to USB interfacing. Bulk, interrupt and isochronous High-Speed USB transfer modes are all supported. See the Data Sheet for more info.

Fitting on a 0.6” 24 pin IC socket and measuring only 18x31mm our aes100 micro-module includes all the circuitry necessary for the Cypress CY7C68013A FX2LP micro-controller to be autonomous, namely power regulation, crystal oscillator and program memory. Interfacing with the USB port is done via flexible FIFO schemes or custom modes and can use any of the USB transfer modes: bulk, interrupt or isochronous. See the Data Sheet for more info.
