Delivery & payment

UK orders will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of date of order (UK); we will advise you if there is likely to be a delay. UK order will be sent on a next-day delivery basis. EU and international orders take longer (typically 3 days for West Europe, 5 days for East Europe and 7 days for the rest of the world). While we use our reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly, we accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause. Please note that you will have to sign for receipt of your order on delivery.

Tax

Orders to UK and EU addresses include VAT at the current rate; for international orders, VAT is not charged. EU orders outside the UK will also not be charged VAT if a valid EU VAT number is supplied; please contact us by phone or email if this is the case. VAT invoices can be supplied on request. Orders from outside the UK may incur import duties and custom charges at the port of ingress; any such duties and charges are outwith our control and it is your responsibility to meet them.

Credit Card Security

Your security is very important to us. Your card details are passed directly to our payment provider in encrypted form; our payment provider conforms to all current standards for secure card processing. We do not store and have no access to your card details.
